Where is the best place for me to go for information about attending the park with a child with disabilities?

    Hi Heather!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question - I'm happy to help.

Visiting Walt Disney World Resort is such a magical vacation experience for all guests, but especially for those that may be traveling with a family member with a disability. The folks at Walt Disney World go above and beyond to accommodate individual guests with cognitive, mobility, and other types of disabilities to make sure they have the best experience possible on their Disney vacation.

The best place to go for the most up-to-date information is the Services for Guests with Disabilities page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Not only will you find tons of helpful information, but also printable guides for each of the four theme parks. For specific questions you may have regarding your child's specific needs, I encourage you to contact Disability Services at (407)560-2547 or email  disability.services@disneyparks.com.

I hope these resources will help answer any questions and concerns you may have before your Walt Disney World vacation!

Thanks again for your question - have a magical day! - Diane W.
