Hey Jack!
Welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy you’ve chosen to bring your question to us. First of all, congratulations on the new grandbabies! It’s very exciting that your family is expanding! I’m sure in no time at all you’ll be bringing your grandbabies with you to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
I see that you are one of our neighbors to the north, so I am wondering if you purchased the promotional Canada Resident Ticket. If you did, the expiration date
has been extended to December 16, 2021. If you feel that you may be unable to use the ticket before the new expiration date, no worries! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired
Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. So, if your ticket expires before you have a chance to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth once you're ready to visit the theme parks and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
If you do not have the Canada Resident Ticket or you would like to discuss alternative options, I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
Thanks for stopping by with your question! Please come see us again here at planDisney!
