Best place to eat at magic kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood studio, that offer vegetarian menu

Hi CJ! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It looks like your vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth is almost here! I'm happy to assist with your planning question.

CJ, if you or someone in your party is looking for meat-free options in Walt Disney World, there will be a plethora of delicious options from which to choose. This past fall, Walt Disney World launched its plant-based menu icon (a green leaf) along with hundreds of new meat-free and dairy-free choices in its theme parks and resort hotels. Now more than ever, it is easy and delicious to eat both vegetarian and vegan at Walt Disney World.

Because I prefer to eat meat-free, and I often travel with someone who eats a completely plant-based diet, I am familiar with many of the tasty options available to vegetarian diners. First let's talk about my favorite places to eat in the Magic Kingdom. While every restaurant offers meat-free menu items, I'll fill you in on some of my favorites. For table-service dining, I enjoy the Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen. Try the Shiriki Noodle Salad or the Curried Vegetable Crew Stew. Yum! If you are looking for quick-service options, I like the rice bowl at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe and the lighthouse sandwich at Columbia Harbour House.

At Epcot, you can discover delicious, meatless dishes inspired by cuisine around the world. Here you can't go wrong with the Morocco pavilion. The Tangierine Café (quick-service) and Spice Road Table (table-service) have fantastic meat-free choices.

Recently at Disney's Hollywood Studios, I had the opportunity to dine with a group of friends in a galaxy far, far away at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, and this is now my go-to restaurant in this theme park. Everything we tried was delicious, and there were multiple vegetarian options. The Felucian Kefta with Hummus Garden Spread was the unanimous favorite.

CJ, I'm sure you will find no shortage of tasty vegetarian treats in all of the Walt Disney World theme parks. Take a look at some menus online before your vacation - it's one of my favorite planning activities! In addition to some of my suggestions, many table-service restaurants can make special accommodations if you have trouble finding something that appeals to you. Special dietary requests should be noted when making Advanced Dining Reservations.

Have a magical vacation, CJ! Bon appétit!
