Best place to eat lunch at Epcot with a 5 year old? Best place to eat lunch at Hollywood studios?

    Hello Meredith!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Last year our daughter turned 5 at the Walt Disney World Resort, and we had an amazing time at the restaurants we booked for her special celebration.

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios I recommend Hollywood and Vine for lunch with some of your favorite Disney Junior friends. Instead of a character meal, you can also head to the charming Mama’s Melrose Ristorante Italiano to try some delicious Italian specialties. Are you a grab and go family? How about trying PizzeRizo, featuring some beloved favorites from the land of Pinocchio.

Now Epcot! My favorite character meal experiences are Akershus Royal Banquet Hall for a feast with Disney Princesses, and The Garden Grill for a fun meal with Chip ‘n’ Dale and other Disney pals. For other restaurants, I also adore Biergarten Restaurant, because it takes me back to my Oma’s kitchen. Our daughter loves dancing to the Oktoberfest classic tunes played by the live band. Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria is our choice Italian at Epcot. Check out their amazing wood-burning ovens named after the 3 active volcanoes in Italy. If quick-service is your way to go, then head to Sunshine Seasons where you will find delicious healthy eats.

Except for Quick-Service locations, advanced reservations are highly recommended and can be made up to 180 days in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463, online or by using the My Disney Experience app.

I hope this helps you while planning! Please stop by with more questions.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
