    What would be the best place to eat and celebrate a birthday for an 8 year old boy?

    Hi, there!

     Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brady. We're always glad when you stop by!

     I can't think of a better place to celebrate a birthday than the Walt Disney World Resort. To answer your question, I enlisted the help of my very favorite 8-year old - my son! He's got some great suggestions for restaurants that would be perfect for celebrating your little guy's birthday.


    • T-REX Restaurant - If your 8-year old is a budding paleontologist like mine, he'll love having a prehistoric celebration at this popular dining location conveniently located in Disney Springs. This dino-tastic restaurant has an awesome kids' menu, including the Chocolate Tarpit and Saber-tooth Sundae, which make for 8th-birthday-worthy desserts!
    • Chef Mickey's - Does your son like to party? With periodic dance parties throughout your meal, your son can celebrate his birthday with Mickey Mouse, his pals, and an entire restaurant filled with Guests! My son especially loves visiting the sundae bar!
    • Sanaa - Take a walk on the wild side and enjoy an exotic birthday meal with an incredible view of animals roaming the Sunset Savanna at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. With a kid-friendly menu and a unique atmosphere, you won't regret visiting Sanaa!


     Be sure to pick up a complimentary celebration button for your birthday boy during your stay! They're available at the front desk of your Resort hotel, or at Guest Relations at any of the theme parks.
