What is the best place to dine for Christmas lunch or dinner? Have reservations for The Whispering canyon at the moment. Really want to be somewhere with an awesome atmosphere for two younger boys on Christmas Day

Hello Donna and thanks for bringing such a wonderfully festive question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
I can just imagine how excited both you and your darling little boys must be about your upcoming Christmas vacation to Walt Disney World Resort; it's such a special time to be visiting!
In my opinion you've already done an excellent job by securing a much sought after Christmas Day Advanced Dining Reservation for the fine and dandy Whispering Canyon Cafe where your young Mouseketeers are bound to have a really jolly holly-day meal and if I were you I'd absolutely hang on tight to those reservations!
I feel sure you'll agree that once you've experienced the majestic beauty of Disney's Wilderness Lodge during December that it truly does glow with the spirit of an old fashioned Yuletide and the gigantic Christmas tree just has to be seen to be believed...
As a wonderful alternative Christmas meal perhaps take a peek at the very festive Minnie's Holiday Dine at the Hollywood & Vine Dinner Fantasmic! which includes VIP reserved seating for Fantasmic!
I'm sure whatever is finally decided upon you'll enjoy a magical Christmas Day at Walt Disney World Resort making memories with your dear family which are sure to last an entire lifetime.
    Have a great Disney day.
