Where is the best place to get coffee before the parks open? We are staying at Caribbean Beach resort and nervous that we will have to suffer with ...bad coffee.. due to the construction. Thank you!

Hello Michelle and a warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
There surely is no better way to begin a magical Disney day than with a good cup of coffee!  Which is why I can totally relate to your great question about discovering the best coffee spots whilst staying at Walt Disney World Resort.
As Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is still undergoing refurbishments as detailed in this past Disney Parks Blog article Guests can expect to be able to purchase grab & go breakfast items including coffee at the island style markets located in Aruba, Jamaica and Martinique Resort areas.  Plus of course each Guest room at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort benefits from it's own coffee maker so you'll have the handy convenience of making a cup of joe 1st thing in the morning before even leaving the comfort of your own room!
Upon arrival to the Disney Parks my usual 1st port of call is for a Starbucks coffee at The Trolly Car Cafe at Disney's Hollywood Studios, Fountain View at Epcot, Creature Comforts at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and my all time favourite the Main Street Bakery within the Magic Kingdom Park.
