Where is the best place to get coffee when you are on the DDP?

    Jeffery:

You've asked the $64,000 question--especially if you need caffeine in the morning!  And actually, it's a slightly loaded question because most of the coffee served on Disney property is Nescafe!

Although my favorite "real coffee" is in the Writer's Stop near Mama Melrose's at Disney's Hollywood Studios, most probably because of the coffee house atmosphere, let me suggest you check out a chart at a favorite Disney website of mine: www.allears.net.  Click on Dining and then choose "Real Coffee Around the World" under Restaurant Info on the left-hand side of the page.

There, you'll find a wonderful listing of the coffee brands found at many locations on property, both at the resorts and in the theme parks.  Keep in mind that to use a snack credit, you'll need to visit the venues that are counter-service restaurants or snack carts and be aware that the the Swan & Dolphin, along with Shades of Green, do not take the Disney Dining Plan.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Whitney, Mississippi

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
