Which is the best place to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday, Chef Mickey's or 50's Cafe? Thank you for your help!

    Hi Jennifer!

Your daughter must think you are the ultimate Fairy Godmother for helping her celebrate her big day at Disney!  Be sure to pick up a free "Birthday Button" at Guest Relations when you arrive at the parks for your little princess!

As for the perfect place to celebrate a birthday meal, I'd vote for Chef Mickey's.  It's a very celebratory environment, and you'll find that lots of guests pick this restaurant for birthdays, anniversaries and other happy moments.  There's even a "celebrate" song that gets the whole restaurant involved.

50s Prime Time Cafe is a great place to share a meal.  The Cast Members (a.k.a. "Mom") really do recreate a 1950s sitcom environment, and the meatloaf is really good!  (Good thing too, because you need to finish it if your want dessert, young lady!)  I would save this spot for another day on your trip, however, and head over to Mickey's for the big event!

If you would like to make your daughter's birthday meal even more special, you can order a personalized cake (for under $20) that is princess-themed and absolutely adorable, a goody bag or some decorations for your table, by asking about these options when you make advanced dining reservations at 407-WDW-DINE up to 90 days before your trip.

I hope your daughter has a magical Disney birthday!
