So where is the best place to buy Mickey ears and have them monogrammed? I heard that the place on Main Street was good.

Hi, it used to be the monogramming on Main Street was complimentary, but alas on our last trip in October discovered, that was no longer.  They still monogram the Ears, but the fee was $2.00 additional to put the name on the ears.  Please note, that was the price in October and December of 2007.  I searched for a specific pair of ears, that I couldn't seem to find, and was told to check in Toontown at the County Bounty.  I scooted over there, and they indeed had the pair of ears, and I was able to purchase, and have them monogrammed within 15 minutes.  This was great, I was shocked that they were able to do it so quickly and it was only $2.00.  I had purchased another pair of Ears the day before at the large Disney Store in Downtown Disney, I was surprised to learn they didn't monogram in the store.  I had to go to the Christmas Shoppe over by the Rainforest Cafe, I went to the back of the store and there was the monogram area, shocked the cost was almost $8.00, but I could pick my color, and the script, but it was a 2 hour rate.  We paid, and went to lunch. So, if you want to spend more money, there's always the Christmas Shoppe, but if you want the original monogramming, than I would head to Toontown in the Magic Kingdom.  Have a fabulous Trip!!!  Heather M.
