Which are the best 2 parks for adolescents?

Hi there Sahey! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with a great question about your upcoming trip. It looks like your magical visit is just around the river bend, so let's get to it!

When I'm not dreaming of a Walt Disney World vacation, I teach Spanish to 8th graders, so I have lots of day to day interaction with adolescents. My 12 to 14-year-old students are spunky and opinionated, and it's easy to know when they like something.

After hearing from kids who have recently returned from Walt Disney World, or who are looking forward to going in the future, I can say with absolute certainty that Disney's Hollywood Studios is not-to-be-missed. The recent addition, Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, has major teen appeal and has been a hot topic of conversation in my classroom. If your adolescents are thrill-seekers, they will love Rock 'n' Rollercoaster Starring Aerosmith, Slinky Dog Dash, and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™. Finally, attractions like Toy Story Mania and the all-new Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway are perfect for your whole group to enjoy together. Hungry travelers will find tasty quick-service options at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, my favorite place to refuel here.

After Disney's Hollywood Studios, my second favorite theme park for adolescents is the Magic Kingdom Park. Children of all ages can't help but be dazzled by the sights and sounds of all six enchanting lands. Adolescents will enjoy blasting off on Space Mountain and taking the wildest ride in the wilderness aboard Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Classic attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion are sure to delight the whole family. For a real treat, end your day with dinner in the Beast's castle at Be Our Guest Restaurant. This unique dining experience is popular, so be sure to reserve your meal in advance.

Once you decide which theme parks you will be visiting, you'll want to book your days in advance with the Disney Park Pass System on My Disney Experience. This new reservation tool is one of many adjustments Disney has made to help Guests safely return to the magic. My family and I were extremely pleased with Walt Disney World's health and safety measures on a recent visit.

Sahey, I hope this has been helpful. If there is anything else can do before you fly off to Neverland, stop by and see us again; we love to help!

    See ya real soon,
    Betsy
