Welcome to planDisney Tierra!
When it comes to taking little Mouseketeers to Walt Disney World, you just cannot beat the magic of day at the
Magic Kingdom. When you walk onto Main Street USA and your kids get a glimpse of Cinderella Castle, you will see the sparkle in their eyes!
Magic Kingdom will be the park with the most kid-friendly attractions.
Peter Pan's Flight, it's a small world, and
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh are always crowd pleasers for the 5 and under crowd. From Tomorrowland to Fantasyland, there will be plenty to keep your little ones entertained.
With 2 little ones, I would suggest renting or bringing a
stroller, even if they don't normally use one at home. There is a lot of walking and they will appreciate the rest while you trek around the park. Feel free to bring a bag with water bottles, snacks, or crackers so they have something to munch on. In addition, an extra T-shirt is always handy in case of a dripping Mickey Ice Cream bar or if they get wet after splashing in
Casey Jr. Splash N Soak Station!
Plan to arrive early in the day when the crowds are at their lowest. If possible, take a mid-day break then head back to the magic in the evening when the temperatures are a bit cooler. If you prefer, at least find a quiet shady spot for some down-time where everyone can recharge for afternoon and evening fun.
When my kids were that age, dining at
Pinocchio Village Haus was a favorite. Enjoy food perfect for kids: pizza, fries, and salads for mom! Grab a table by the windows to watch the
"it's a small world" boats sail by.
Take lots of pictures to remember a wonderful day at the Magic Kingdom. It's true what they say, they grow up in a quick minute so enjoy this very magical time with your little ones!
