Hi there, Katie! Thank you so much for stopping by to see us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! From floats carrying princesses and pirates, to a dance party with Disney pals, to Stormtroopers on the march, your little Mouseketeers will love the
parades at the Walt Disney World Resort!
At
Magic Kingdom Park, don't miss the
Festival of Fantasy Parade, which steps off every day at 3 p.m., weather permitting. It's a colorful spectacle featuring lots of Disney characters, and even a fire-breathing Maleficent in her dragon form prowling the route!
Also at Magic Kingdom, the
Move It! Shake It! MouskeDance It! Street Party starts as a parade down Main Street, U.S.A., and ends up as a dance party in front of Cinderella Castle two or three times per day. It's so much fun for little ones, who get to boogie with their favorite Disney pals! At the moment, I'm only seeing times through the beginning of May for this one, but just keep an eye on
My Disney Experience, as I'm sure more will be added as your vacation gets closer.
Katie, if you have any aspiring Jedi in your family, you might want to check out
March of the First Order at
Disney's Hollywood Studios. Captain Phasma and a whole battalion of Stormtroopers march down Hollywood Boulevard three times a day. It's an impressive show that will make you think twice about crossing the Empire!
For a list of all the shows, parades, fireworks and other spectacular things to see, take a look at the
Entertainment page on the Walt Disney World website. You can filter by entertainment type, Theme Park, age interest, and more to find exactly what you're looking for. This is where you'll see updated times as they are added to the schedule.
I hope this helps you plan a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, Katie. Please march on by if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
