What is the best option for a vegetarian with the new menu at Be Our Guest?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Todd!

I'm thrilled to hEAR you are planning to visit the Beast's Enchanted Castle! So, relax! Let us pull up a chair as the dining room proudly presents, your Enhanced Dining Experience!

The 3-course feast at Be Our Guest Restaurant features French-inspired dishes that are très délicieux. The meal includes an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert. For vegetarian options, I recommend starting your meal with a sumptuous appetizer like French Onion Soup with Toasted Crouton, Gruyère, and Provolone. Alternatively, order the Mixed Field Greens with Sunflower Seed Brittle, Heirloom Tomatoes, and House Farm Cheese with a Citrus Vinaigrette. For a main course, feast on a mouthwatering entrée of Smoked Ricotta and Corn Tortellini with Roasted Corn and Peppadew Relish, Rainbow Cauliflower, and Asparagus with a Corn-infused Nage. Pair your delectable entrée with a glass of Charles de Fère, Jean Louis Blanc de Blancs from France. Do save some room for the exquisite Dessert Trio, which includes a Dark Chocolate Truffle filled with Dark Chocolate Grand Marnier Ganache, an Almond Macaron with Lemon Jam and Raspberries, and a White Chocolate "Chip" Cup with Grey Stuff and Crisp Pearls.

You will find the Walt Disney World Resort is extremely accommodating to a wide variety of Special Dietary Requests, including vegetarian.

I hope this information was helpful, Todd. Please come back soon with more vacation planning questions.

Wishing you a most memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
