    What is the best option when getting a package with a military discount ?

    Hi Nathan!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    First let me start by saying Thank You to your whole family for the sacrifices you give for all of us. We here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel are so proud of all of our Service Men and Women. It is our honor to help serve you in any way that we can!

    There are a couple of different discounts that are available if you are an active or retired member of the US Military. At select Disney Resort Hotels you can get a great deal on discounted Military Rate rooms! In my opinion there are a lot of really great Resort hotels that are eligible for this discount. When you call to make your reservation just be sure to mention that you are an eligible Service member. It is also important to note that valid US Military ID will be required at check in for verification purposes. There is also a hotel called Shades of Green where a lot of Service Members stay. There are also specially priced Theme Park Military Tickets for 2016. These tickets are a really great rate. Valid US Military ID will also be required for purchase.  

    I would recommend taking full advantage of both of these incredible deals! I hope that you and your family have an Unforgettable time!
