What is the best option for dining? and are the meals big? I also heard that the snacks can be used for a meal?

    Bonjour Stella,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I find portions at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants to be quite big, especially compared to the portion sizes in restaurants in Québec/Canada. My husband and I often share meals during our vacations and lately we’ve been ordering two main courses to share between ourselves and with our little guy (who is now 5). This is actually why I typically recommend against purchasing a Disney Dining Plan because, depending on your family’s eating habits, it can be way too much food!

As for snack entitlements for the Disney Dining Plan, while some of them can be pretty substantial, I wouldn’t say that they can truly replace a meal, except maybe at breakfast if you’re satisfied with a muffin or a piece of fruit.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. Et n’oubliez pas que vous pouvez également me poser des questions en français!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
