what's the best way to get from our on-site resort to restaurants and back? and how long does getting around take?

    Hi Becky!

There are actually a lot of possible answers to your question, but I will give you what I have experienced.  A vehicle is the best mode of transportation to get from your Walt Disney World Resort to a restaurant on or off property.  Typically if you have a vehicle, everything is around 15 min to 20 minutes or less away for on property restaurants and 20 to 30 minutes for off property restaurants.  If you use Disney Transportation and are traveling from Resort to Resort then it can take 1 to 2 hours depending on how many transfers that you have to make and how long that you have to wait for transportation to arrive.  If you have more specific questions, please don't hesitate to ask us Moms and Dads!

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
