Hi Francesca,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
October is one of my favorite times to venture to the Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many decorations and fun things to explore with the different holiday seasons. While there is no specific day that is best, you can see the fall decorations during the entire month!
Now, if you’re referring to
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, that event runs
through October 31st. You’ll want to connect with a Cast Member at Guest Relations or a Disney ticket window when you arrive on property to see if there are any available openings during your holiday. The website also details that you can call the Disney Experts for further information about the Party. Keep in mind that nights when Mickey's Not-So-Scary is going on,
Magic Kingdom Park will close early to non-party guests, so you'll want to plan your schedule accordingly.
If you’re able to attend this event, this would be a really cool experience for you and your party. You’ll be able to dress up and see special stage shows, parades, and fireworks. And of course, trick-or-treating will be involved as well!
One last tip: In the coming weeks, make sure to stay up-to-date with the
Disney Parks Blog to see what other fall or Halloween offerings might be available during your time at the Walt Disney World Resort!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your holiday. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
