    What is the best way to get from Magic Kingdom to Animal Kingdom?

    Hi Ryan! Your question is the sign of an amazing planner! These also happen to be the types of questions that I love to answer at planDisney!

    The best way to travel from Magic Kingdom Park to Disney’s Animal Kingdom is to utilize Disney Resort transportation! From Magic Kingdom Park you want to head to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, or Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa! You can board the Monorail at Magic Kingdom Park to get to any of these resort hotels. Once you arrive at the resort hotel, you can walk to the bus station at the resort and wait for a bus to Disney’s Animal Kingdom! It’s that simple! 

    Ryan, I should add that the Monorail line at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is currently closed so you might want to avoid that option for now. Happy travels!
