What is the best way for a little girl to dress up as a princess and then go to a character meal?

I've never met a princess-in-training that didn't love the experience at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Steven.  There are two locations: one inside Cinderella Castle and one at Downtown Disney.  Guests of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique can choose from a variety of packages that include hair styles, nails, make-up, and even princess gowns and photos.  If you're looking to experience a character meal immediately following the makeover, I'd suggest making reservations for the Cinderella Castle location.  From there, you could head over to Crystal Palace for a meal with Pooh and friends, or, you could opt to dine with Disney's princesses inside Cinderella Castle at Cinderella's Royal Table.  Either way, your little princess is sure to be delighted by her own magical transformation into royalty!  Have a great trip.
