    What's best lightweight poncho for mom to wear when raining?

    Hi Janet:

    Florida has interesting weather.  In my experience, there is usually a day or two at Disney World during my vacations when there is a big thunderstorm that lasts about an hour.  Due to sudden thunderstorms that occur on some of our vacations, my family always brings ponchos from home with us.  While Disney World sells ponchos, we find it much more economical to bring our own from home, especially since ponchos fold up and travel easily.  We generally find that we can buy about four ponchos at home for the cost of buying one at Disney World.

    My family generally gets their ponchos at Target or similar store or online at a retailer like amazon.com.  We like the Coleman poncho, but there are a number of other brands you may like.  I recommend browsing through some online or at a store close to you.
