What is the best way to let a kid familiarize themselves with the Disney parks and attractions? We are planning a trip and we want their input on what they want to do. Ages are 8 and 4 1/2. Is there an interactive website or app?

    Hi Vera,

This is such a great question! One of my favorite ways to get my kids ready for a Walt Disney World trip is to show them attraction videos on YouTube. There are several unofficial sites which post complete ride-through of almost every Walt Disney World attraction. This was especially helpful for my younger child because he was nervous about the "dark rides" like Peter Pan's Flight and The Haunted Mansion. We were able to give him a preview of the attraction and it helped put his mind at ease and it helped us figure out which attractions he'd like best. Once we had that information, we were better able to plan our days.

I hope this helps, Vera. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Have a magical day,
