What is the best way to get from LAX to a good neighbor hotel? This will be our first time to Disneyland as we have had Disney World passes for years! Thanks

    Hey Danielle,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It’s so fun to be planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Once you come down to the Disneyland Resort, you’re going to realize that the West Coast is the best coast! It’s always nice to expand and travel to different Disney Parks. I love Walt Disney World as well and was just there in December. I can’t wait to start planning my next trip! You have several options to get from LAX to your Good Neighbor Hotel. You can pre-schedule a luxury SUV, limousine or shuttle from a private company. My recommendation for the fastest, easiest and most economical way to get to your hotel is going to be to get an Uber or Lyft. You can schedule one right from your phone and a ride is usually immediately available. Don’t forget that you're able to purchase tickets at a Disney Desk and speak to a Disneyland Cast Member at select Good Neighbor Hotels. If your hotel doesn't have a Disney Desk, the hotel can let you know where the nearest one is located. You can also purchase tickets from the Disneyland Mobile App or at the tickets booths at the parks.

Since you’ve never been to the Disneyland Resort, there are some experiences that you aren’t going to want to miss and are not available at Walt Disney World. Cars Land at Disney California Adventure Park is my favorite land of all US parks. Please make sure to stop by and ride Radiator Springs Racers. Next is Pixar Pier that is also at Disney California Adventure Park. You’ll find all your favorite Pixar Characters and have a chance to ride Incredicoaster where you’ll join the Incredibles to try and catch Jack-Jack. Speaking of Jack Jack, pick up a Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums when you get off the attraction. Your taste buds will thank me later! At Disneyland Park you’ll want to make a reservation at Carnation Cafe where you’ll have the best View of Main Street USA! Start off with the fried pickles as they’re one of my favorite snacks in the park! If you’re looking for a fast-paced thrill ride then Indiana Jones Adventure is the ride for you! It’s so so good.

Well Danielle, I hope you have the best time on your upcoming trip. If there's anything else we can help you with please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the magic!
