    What is the best hotel to stay at? No dining plan, we will make our own meals, 2 adults, 1 child. Husband wants a separate sleeping room for us. But we don't want to spend a fortune. Are there suites in moderate hotels??

    Sounds like the The Cabins at Fort Wilderness is perfect for your family. This is a moderate resort. And there will be plenty of space for your family to spread out. The cabins have one bedroom, plus you'll have a kitchen, a private deck and BBQ grill.
