What is the best hotel off disney that has a full kitchen? Thinking of staying offsite and doing own cooking to save on meals. Yet I do not want to pay over 200 a night. also need trans to parks as no money to rent car.

    Hi Doreen!

I'm a budget-minded vacationer too so, I can definitely understand your need to monitor expenses. The best unofficial resource I've found for offsite accommodations during a Walt Disney World vacation is www.mousesavers.com. Typically, the main page of the website will list current hotel discounts for Lake Buena Vista and the surrounding areas, including Disney resorts. I also like to check out the options in the left hand margin for "Preferred Hotels Near Disney World", some of which offer full kitchens and scheduled transportation to the theme parks.

When booking an offsite reservation, sometimes it makes sense to call the hotel property directly for the best deals and then, there are occasions when an online booking provides the greatest offer. Be sure to check out both modes of reserving to be certain you're capturing the best rate available.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be practically perfect in every way!
