Which is the best hotel for kids that are 3 &4 years old? And which is a better value 3 rooms or a villa that accommodates 6 adults and two children? Thank you for your time

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melanie! My young kids love going to Walt Disney World Resort. Almost as much as me! Our family visits Magic Kingdom more than any other park, so we love to stay close to that location.

I think that the best hotel for 3 & 4 year olds happens to be whatever is close to their favorite park. This lessens the commute time, which is valuable. Every Disney Resort offers activities and amenities for the entire family. Without a doubt, my kids in strollers are managed easily via the Monorail line, since we play the most at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. If you prefer the fun of Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, think about Yacht Club villas and it’s amazing Stormalong Bay pool with close proximity to two parks. If you have animal lover in the family, the All-Star Resorts or Animal Kingdom Lodge is a good bet for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. I also think you are cutting it close with the comparison of a Villa or 3 Value Rooms. You’ll feel more spread out with 3 bathrooms in 3 rooms, but a villa would provide a plush environment and a wonderful experience. You can crunch the numbers with your local Travel Agent, but if you want my opinion, my favorite value resorts are Disney’s Pop Century Resort or Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.

I hope you enjoy the Little Mermaid rooms at Disney’s Art of Animation. They may be a swimmingly good fit for you! ~ Lindsey P.
