What's the best way to handle interactive fountains (Donald's boat, etc) for preschoolers (4 and 2)? Do a lot of people bring bathing suits for the kids? I know my kids would not like to walk around for hours all wet!

My little ones ones would wear their bathing suits under athletic like clothes.   Remembering that Florida it rains quick bursts of rain through out the day some days.  We stay away from blue jean or sweat pant material.  The nylons, or lighter quick drying materials for clothing.  Croc's and sandals are fabulous to help to keep the feet dry.  We sometimes pack a change of clothes with under garments for the occasional accident.  Sometimes the fountains are a great relief on the hot and sticky days.  There are lockers if you prefer to store your clothes by the entrance to the park.  Hope you have a fabulous trip!!
