    What is the best way to get from the Grand Floridian Resort to the Fort Wilderness Resort for Mickeys Backyard BBQ?

    Howdy Megan,

    Are you ready for a rootin' tootin' good time with some fun Disney characters? Well, then Mickey's Backyard BBQ is an excellent choice for your family. 

    To get to the Pavilion where Mickey's Backyard BBQ is held, I suggest you board the monorail at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Ride past Magic Kingdom Park and then disembark at Disney's Contemporary Resort. At the marina behind Disney's Contemporary Resort, you will board a small water launch that will take you to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. When the captain of your boat delivers you to the marina at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you are just a short walk away from Mickey's Backyard BBQ. It is behind Pioneer Hall and next door to the Tri-Circle-D Ranch. 

    Enjoy your time with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and those rascals, Chip 'N Dale.
