What is the best way to get from the Grand Floridian Resort to Animal Kingdom?

    Hi Ray. Great question!

I'm a huge fan of Disney's complimentary resort transportation!

From Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, you can take a bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. At the bus stop at the Grand Floridian, you will find monitors with expected arrival times for the busses headed to each theme park, water park and Disney Springs. Once your bus arrives, hop on and enjoy the ride to the theme park.

Is your final destination is to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge? No problem. Once you arrive at the theme park bus area, simply find the bus stop for the resort and the bus driver will do the rest. The Animal Kingdom Lodge busses stop at both Kidani Village and Jambo House.

You can get to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge from any theme park, water park or Disney Springs so if there is a location that works better for you with regards to mid-point stop, grab that bus and then make your way to Animal Kingdom Lodge.

There are other fee based options available to take you from door to door throughout Walt Disney World Resort if a more direct route is better for your travel needs. Check with Bell Services at Grand Floridian and they will be able to assist you with your transportation needs.

    Enjoy your vacation!
