    What is the best way to go from POFQ to WL for Whispering Canyon Cafe. I know you have to go to a park or D.D. since buses don't go from resort to resort What is the quickest path and how long should we give ourselves to make a reservation?

    Hi Tara,

    We often eat at resort restaurants and using the buses to travel to and from is very convenient.  My rule of thumb is to get on which ever bus shows up first.  Buses come every 15-20 minutes.  If you wait 20 minutes for the Magic Kingdom bus because its the closest to Wilderness Lodge, you will end up losing more time than if you just got on to any of the other buses first.  If a Magic Kingdom bus and an Animal Kingdom bus show up at the same time, take the Magic Kingdom bus.

    I would give yourself a solid hour.  You can check in at the restaurant 15 minutes early if you happen to get in early.  You can even leave a little earlier and plan to walk the grounds of the Wilderness Lodge before hand. 

    When you get to the Whispering Canyon Cafe make sure your server gives you ketchup, they are a little stingy with it.

    At the end of dinner, consider taking a boat over to the Magic Kingdom and then getting a bus to your resort.
