What is the best way to go to & from DTD & the water parks. I'm staying @ ASMovies but have ADR @ DTD on my water park days. I want transportation to be quick & easy since there are 9 of us.

    Hi Amy!

My son and I love the two amazing Water Parks of Walt Disney World and we also love Downtown Disney!  Typically Disney Transportation does not go from a Water Park to Downtown Disney until after that Water Park has closed for the day so I will give you the quickest and easiest route that I have found (you are going to have to take a bus to a Resort and then transfer to another bus going to Downtown Disney from that Resort).  If you are at Blizzard Beach, then you could take a bus back to the All Star Movies Value Resort (you could put your things in your room before you go to Downtown Disney) and then get on a bus that is heading to Downtown Disney.  Keep in mind that this route may take 45 minutes to 60 minutes at a minimum (it may take longer depending on how long you have to wait for the next bus).  If you are at Typhoon Lagoon, then you could take a bus going to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and then take a bus or a water taxi (boat) to Downtown Disney (this route may take 30 minutes to 45 minutes at a minimum and maybe longer).  If you are are pressed for time, then taking a taxi directly from the Water Park to Downtown Disney may be a good option for your group (taxis do cost money but it is a reasonable fee-you may need two taxis with nine people in your group).

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
