My best friend and I are wanting to plan a vacation this summer to disney world. She's never been and I've been many times but never stayed in a resort hotel. Which hotel would be best for 2 21-year-olds?? Also best travel times to and from parks??

Amy, I would suggest Disney's Boardwalk Inn as a great resort for you and your friend.  When it comes to location, the Boardwalk is tough to beat.  Guests there enjoy the close proximity to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios.  In fact, all it will take for you to get to Epcot is a short five minute stroll.  There is also a ferry that can deliver you to Epcot or Hollywood Studios.  Aside from that, the Boardwalk Inn offers guests plenty of other perks.  Take for instance the plethora of entertainment options the Boardwalk resort area boasts.  You'll find a variety of strolling entertainers including jugglers, magicians, and artists.  You won't need to look far to eat either; the Boardwalk is where you'll find Spoodles, the Flying Fish, and ESPN Club.  Jellyrolls, a dueling piano bar, and Atlantic Dance are among some of the popular nighttime spots at the Boardwalk.  The whole area really springs to life after dark.

I should warn you that all of these perks come with a hefty price; the Boardwalk Inn is one of the more expensive resorts on property.  Should your budget require a more affordable alternative I would check into either the Swan or Dolphin.  Both are located close by, and the discounted room rates offer significant savings.

    Have a great time!
