Hi, Jacqueline!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for visiting us with your great question. What fun you and your friend are going to have exploring the sights and sounds of Disneyland Park with your daughters for the first time!
Based on my past experience, most (if not all) of the restaurants in the park are open during Mickey’s Halloween Party, from quick-service dining spots to full-service locations that accept advance dining reservations. There are many extras available during Mickey’s Halloween Party, like the Halloween Screams fireworks spectacular, a special costume parade, several free treat stations, lively music and dancing, and special character meet and greet opportunities. Plus, everyone is welcome to wear a costume during the party, including adults! You and your little ones can enjoy many attractions together during the party, including the limited-time Haunted Mansion Holiday attraction. Be sure to stop by City Hall on your way into the park to pick up “first visit” celebration buttons for your daughters to make the night extra special.
Additionally, the Baby Care Center is a great resource for families with babies and toddlers, and there’s one located near the end of Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park. In addition to a comfortable, private place to nurse children, you’ll find a variety of amenities that make parents’ lives much easier. There are full-size changing tables, high chairs, a kitchen and a shop with baby food, formula, bottles, pacifiers, diapers, wipes, medicines and other essentials for purchase.
I hope this helps, Jacqueline. Please write back to me with any other questions you may have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
