My best friend, her son (almost 3 at the time of the trip), and I will be arriving in WDW in May 2013. Will we be able to get our park passes at the hotel prior to check in, since we are likely to be arriving earlier than check in time?

    Hi Jessica!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World!

On the actual date of your scheduled check-in, you are able to physically arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, check-in and pick up your Key to the World Cards which will contain your room key, Theme Park Tickets, charging privileges and Disney Dining Plan (if applicable). If arriving prior to 3pm, you can choose to have the front desk test message or call your cell phone to advise you of your room number, once your room is ready for you. In the meantime, you'll be free to head straight off into the park to start enjoying all the magic right away!

While you head out to enjoy the park(s), leave your luggage with the Bell Services staff. They'll deliver your bags to your room resort room once it's ready, and they'll be waiting for you upon your return from the parks. If you arrive at your resort room prior to your bags, simply call Bell Services from your in-room phone to have your bags sent over in a jiffy!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question Jessica.
I hope you'll write me back again soon. I'd love to hear from you!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
