Hi Robert!
You pose a tough question to talk about dining at the new
Disney Springs. This is now a must visit location when vacationing at Walt Disney World and it has developed into quite a culinary heaven for guests. Picking out a top place is tough!
Fine dining can be interpreted in two ways. The first is about taste and the second is about atmosphere. Combining the two thoughts together there is one restaurant that stands out and that is
Morimoto Asia. This is a gorgeous restaurant and the food is excellent with their Peking Duck being a true hit. We have taken children there and they can also have a good experience but it is a great date night spot.
My second choice for excellent food and quality atmosphere is the
BOATHOUSE restaurant. It is located on the water giving it a romantic check if you can snag a table outside or by a window. If you are seated in or near the bar area it can prove to be quite noisy.
Both of these locations will offer great food and unique settings making either choice a good choice.
Tiffins is the Animal Kingdom's newest table service spot and has become one of my favorite. The restaurant is divided into several dining rooms as well as a large lounge and this helps keep the noise down. Check out the menu and decide but the food is wonderful as well as the atmosphere.
