Best double stroller for getting around parks and on/off buses

Hello Debbie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Having a double stroller is a must for my family during every Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The sheer size and amount of walking dictates that the littlest legs will require some means of conveyance as we set off on our adventures.

The biggest setback to bringing your own double stroller or renting from a Walt Disney World Resort Featured Provider is getting it on and off of Resort Transportation with what essentially becomes dead weight when not being pushed on wheels. As we have rented many double strollers from Featured Providers, I can make a few recommendations.

Out of all of the strollers we have rented, the BOB Revolution Duallie from Kingdom Strollers is the lightest and easiest to collapse and carry onto Resort Transportation. However, it was not large enough for my oldest child's legs and she had to curl them up to avoid having them drag on the pavement.

The Mini GT Double is heavier and larger, but fit my kids and our belongings comfortably. I usually pick the Mini GT Double and accept the added difficulty in collapsing and stowing. While on Resort Transportation, I usually stand in the aisle with the collapsed double stroller during trips to keep it out of the way while my wife sits with the kids.

    Good Luck!
