Ahoy, Jennifer!
From another question you asked, I think you mentioned you'll be sailing on the Disney Fantasy in September, visiting Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Falmouth, Jamaica. I'm happy to give my recommendation for a dolphin encounter Port Adventure for your cruise!
While there are several dolphin encounters to choose from, I think the one I'd choose for your sailing party would be the
Dolphin Encounter and Dunn's River Falls in Falmouth, Jamaica. All ages are welcome, and there's so much included in the price! This 7-7.5 hour excursion includes a drive along the coastline, before arriving at Dunn's River Falls, one of Jamaica's must-see attractions. Guests 36 inches and taller can choose to climb the falls, but if they choose not to, will be able to observe the beauty of the area from a distance.
After visiting the falls, guests travel to Dolphin Cove, and are welcomed with a fruity drink before the dolphin experience. After interacting with the dolphins, you'll have a chance to visit the park's other attractions, including the aviary, touch tank, and more, before dining on a delicious Jamaican-style buffet. There's so much to see and do during this amazing adventure! There's an accompanying Port Adventure -
Dolphin Cove and Dunn's River Falls, which includes all of the features of the first Port Adventure, but does not include the dolphin interaction. For a dolphin "observer" Port Adventure, I think you'd be required to purchase a spot for each person participating, to include transportation to the encounter location. You can always discuss your observer options once onboard with the Cast Members at the Port Adventures Desk on Deck 5, Midship.
I hope this helps! - Diane W.
