What is the best way from Disney's Art of Animation Hotel to Epcot in the late afternoon/early evening?

Hi, Ryan! Welcome aboard planDisney! Let's get you ready for an artful visit to one of the Walt Disney World Resort's most popular destinations!

With its whimsical theming and larger-than-life Disney figures, Disney's Art of Animation Resort is so much fun. My family will be staying there for part of our summer vacation, and I can't wait! We love the Big Blue Pool and the Landscape of Flavors Food Court, but by far my favorite feature of this Disney Resorts Collection hotel is the fact that the Family Suites have TWO bathrooms! Talk about family friendly!

One of the other things we love about this Resort hotel, along with its cousin on the other side of Hourglass Lake, Disney's Pop Century Resort, is that it's just steps from the Disney Skyliner, which is the most amazing mode of transportation anywhere at Walt Disney World. You can board a Disney Skyliner gondola at the station on the shores of Hourglass Lake and fly to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, where a quick transfer will take you right to EPCOT. In the late afternoon and early evening, you shouldn't have a long line to board, so you'll be at EPCOT before you know it. It's quick, it's fun, the views are beautiful, and I can't think of a better way to travel.

I'm excited for you to fly high above the Walt Disney World Resort aboard the Disney Skyliner, Ryan! Have fun, and please be sure to come back and see us again if you have any more questions. Now, all aboard for a fantastic flight!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
