Best Disney Resort for a 2 year old girl? I am looking for a convenient location, fun, entertaining and comfortable hotel, where she can enjoy an afternoon with granny while mom and dad go out for a good dinner. Price range is not a big issue... =P

    Hi Julie!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family has had the opportunity to enjoy many of the hotels at Walt Disney World Resort and we have also vacationed with our toddlers multiple times. If you are looking for one a hotel that maximizes convenience, comfort and entertainment, I would recommend choosing one of the Deluxe resorts on the monorail loop in the Magic Kingdom resort area. Since each of these resorts have direct monorail access, it makes transportation to parks and to other hotels so easy. By staying in any of these hotels, Mom and Dad can enjoy one of the amazing restaurants at any of these hotels with just a quick and easy monorail ride.

While you really cannot go wrong choosing any of the monorail resorts (with the monorail running right through Disney's Contemporary Resort and the amazing theming of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort), I think Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is really the perfect place! It is a beautiful property that would be an amazing place for grandma and her little princess to enjoy Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Tea Room, the beautiful Beach Pool and Courtyard Pool and the resort's amazing Victorian ambiance that overflows at the resort. It was my dream hotel as a little girl and I was fortunate enough to enjoy a trip there just a few months ago. I think it would be the perfect place for your "girls' day!"

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
