What is the best Disney Resort for kids 3 and 4 years old?

    Hi, Monica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your great question! As the mom of a young son myself, I think the best strategy when selecting your resort hotel is to pick one conveniently located to the park you plan to spend the most time in. I know how it is to explore the theme parks all day with little ones in tow before heading back to the hotel with a stroller and all the other essentials that come along with caring for kids when you’re on-the-go. It really helps if that journey is as short and easy as possible! Another benefit of being close to your hotel is that you can make quick trips back during the day for naps, swimming or a change of clothes.

With two kids under the age of 5, I’m sure quite a bit of your time will be spent at Magic Kingdom Park. One of the three Walt Disney World Resort Hotels on the monorail line—Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Resort, and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa—provide easy access to the Magic Kingdom. There is a monorail station at all three of those resorts, so your family will always be a quick and fun ride away from “The Most Magical Place on Earth!”

I hope this helps, Monica. Please write back with any other questions you may have as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
