Howdy Ashley! My suggestion would be Bay Lake Tower or Disney's Contemporary Resort.
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort would be absolutely perfect for you! It's a very popular resort but if you are able to book a 1-Bedroom Villa, not only will you have the benefit of monorail access but you will also have many comforts of home including a full kitchen and washer and dryer. (Both will be greatly appreciated when traveling with your little ones!)
As an added bonus, when staying at either Bay Lake or Disney's Contemporary Resort, you can walk to Magic Kingdom!! When your kiddos are tired and numerous Guests are making their way to the monorail or boat transportation, you can skip the lines and head straight to your resort.
The pools are great and Bay Lake offers a splash pad with bubbling geysers that your kiddos might enjoy.
Chef Mickey's is a wonderful character dining experience located in the Contemporary. Guests at Chef Mickey’s may meet favorite Disney Characters including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Donald Duck and Goofy. It's a very lively restaurant and your children will enjoy the all you care to enjoy buffet.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and
Disney's Polynesian Resort are equally magical. I know you will enjoy staying at any of the monorail resorts. As the mom of current 6 and 4 year olds, we have spent the majority of our vacations at Bay Lake Tower the past few years. It's a great resort for families with small children.
I hope this helps you in your planning. Thanks so much for your question and please let me know if you need any further information. Have a magical day!
