Best disney moderate priced resort with large rooms or suites for mother and grandmother with children traveling. Grammy needs her own space.

Hello again, Marenda! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Walt Disney World Resort is home to more than 25 uniquely designed resorts that will fit most needs and budgets. With so many great options, the tricky part is deciding which one to choose!

I will begin with my family’s favorite: Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! At this resort, you will be immersed in the creative and awe-inspiring world of animation. With larger than life characters from favorites like Disney’s The Little Mermaid to Finding Nemo, kids of all ages will marvel as they explore the grounds of this super fun resort. One of the great and unique features about Art of Animation is the resort suites that sleep up to 6 guests. Grandma will be able to have a room all to herself in these suites if she so wishes, thanks to the master bedroom inside these roomy suites.

Some more great options are the Alligator Bayou rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside Resort and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Select rooms in these resorts have two queen beds and a murphy twin bed that sleep up to 5 guests. The All-Star Music Resort also has suites like at Disney’s Art of Animation.

With all these choices plus all the added benefits of staying on property, you can’t go wrong. Have fun browsing the resorts and don’t hesitate to come back and visit us with more questions!

Hi! My name is Emille. I’m a mom of two and wife to a wonderful fellow Disney nerd!
