What are the best Disney hotels for honeymooners to stay at?

We honeymooned at the Grand Floridian so I'm partial to that hotel. However, honeymooners spend their special vacation at the value, moderate and deluxe hotels.

First, it'll depend on your budget. Would you rather save your extra funds for fine dining, spa treatments and renting a pontoon boat, or do you want the best accommodations despite the cost? It will also depend on your recreational preferences. If you like boating and envision a lodge-like theme, you might want to cozy up in a honeymoon suite (complete with jacuzzi) at the Wilderness Lodge.

The Grand Floridian offers Victorian elegance, fine dining and transportation via the monorail to the Magic Kingdom. Dining at Victoria and Albert's is a very exclusive experience. Here, you can book a standard garden view or opt for a honeymoon room. Our room had a king bed, jacuzzi tub and overlooked Cinderella's Castle.

The Animal Kingdom Lodge feels like an exotic getaway. A savanna view room would allow you and your bride to wake up and have breakfast in the room while gazing at giraffes. This resort is quite romantic at night with the Arusha Rock fire pit glowing and the illuminated savannas.

The Boardwalk Inn offers some special rooms for honeymooners. Although the Garden Suites are unique they are also very costly. However they have private entrances, a romantic rose garden and the room numbers are displayed on a birdhouse that sits elevated within your private garden. Dreaming of a white picket fence? You'll get that too! These are also two-floor suites with the bedroom upstairs.

There are special places all over Walt Disney World for honeymooners. I think you'll find the best options at the deluxe hotels.

So, consider your budget, then the theme that best suits you and your bride. Congratulations!!
