    What is the best way to get from DHS to Downtown Disney?

    Hi Bridget,

    If by the "best" way you mean the fastest route, then I suggest taking a taxi from Disney's Hollywood Studios to get to Downtown Disney Area. Downtown Disney Area is about 3.7 miles from Disney's Hollywood Studios so, if you don't mind spending a little money on transportation, it's just a quick ride to get there. 

    If you would like to use Walt Disney World® Water Transportation then I recommend taking a boat to Disney's BoardWalk Inn and then taking Disney Bus Transportation to Downtown Disney Area. Walt Disney World® Water Transportation and Disney Bus Transportation are complimentary for Guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort Hotels.
