    Hi moms, What's the best way to determine when characters will be around without the DL app. As I am coming from Aus I won't be abe to use data on my phone and I assume the app needs Internet to work

    You can still find out when and where your favorite Disney Characters will be out and about, even without using the handy dandy Disneyland Resort mobile app. Simply head to City Hall in Disneyland Park, Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park (or any other Guest Relations locations). The Disney Cast Members will be able to tell you which Disney Characters are scheduled to make appearances that day, and the best places and times to catch them.
