Hiya, Chantelle, and welcome to planDisney!
Your Most Magical visit is just around the river bend. Believe it or not, it will be here before you know it! During your two-week adventure, I hope that you can carve out time to visit the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival to see dozens of unique topiaries and floral displays around the theme park. But you’ll also want to experience the magic of nighttime spectaculars like fireworks shows like Happily Ever After.
Any night is perfect to watch the fireworks at the theme parks. However, as a local, I can tell you that weekend nights are naturally a bit busier than the weekdays. The current nighttime spectaculars are Magic Kingdom Park’s Happily Ever After, EPCOT’s Luminous: The Symphony of Us, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios’s Fantasmic! The times vary by show and night; however, you can find the showtimes in the My Disney Experience App up to 60 days before each night. For example, Happily Ever After is listed with a 9:20 p.m. EST showtime on every night of your trip.
I highly recommend booking one of the Magic Kingdom Park’s fireworks dessert parties like Seats & Sweets. This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy unlimited desserts and drinks while taking in the dazzling fireworks over Cinderella Castle. You can book this Enchanted Extra up to 60 days before your visit.
AN EXTRA GEM: Beginning on May 24, toward the end of your holiday, check out the brand-new drone-based show
“Disney Dreams That Soar” at Disney Springs. I personally can’t wait to take in this high-tech, nighttime show over Lake Buena Vista. The showtimes have yet to be announced.
Chantelle, please don’t hesitate to revisit us here at planDisney if you have any more Disney holiday planning questions.
I’m all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
