    What is the best way to get from the Contemporary to the Grand Floridian? How long will it take?

    Hi Elizabeth!

    You're in luck! Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are both on the monorail system, so you can be there quickly and in a really fun way.  

    You can read more about the Walt Disney World Resort Monorail here.  

    The length of time will depend on monorail lines/wait, and the occasional stoppage of the monorail for traffic. You could easily get between the two resorts in less than 15-20 minutes, but I would allow 45 minutes to be safe if you are going to a reservation.
