What's the best character dining option for a 22 month old little girl?

    Hi Russ,

Thank you for stopping by with your great question and I hope I can help. On our last several trips, we have had a child around the same age and here are the character meals that have been a hit!

If she is into the shows on Disney Junior, then the Play 'n' Dine at Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios would be a great choice. Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First just joined the line-up of characters featured during their breakfast and lunch. They join Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates and Handy Manny. There is dancing with the characters as well as them circulating through the restaurant for photos and autographs at each table.

My next suggestion would be Crystal Palace at Magic Kingdom. This character meal is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and features beloved characters from the Hundred Acre Woods, including Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet. This buffet is bountiful and delicious.

Dining with the classic Fab Five at Chef Mickey's is yet another fantastic option. You can meet Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto and Minnie in this colorful and lively dining spot. It happens to have one of my favorite buffets with so many great options. The location in Disney's Contemporary Resort makes it very convenient to get to as it is on the monorail line and just a quick ride away from Magic Kingdom. Plus, depending on where you are sitting, you can see the monorails zipping in and out of this resort overhead. This was a highlight for my youngest.

Have a magical time creating wonderful memories to cherish forever.
