    What is the best character dining experience at DW for a Goofy fan? We're going last week of Dec this year!

    Hi Kristine!

    Who doesn't love Goofy?  He's just so loveable!  There are three great character dining locations with Goofy that come to mind:

    * Cape May Café at Disney's Beach Club Resort (Breakfast Only)
    * Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort
    * Mickey's Backyard BBQ at Fort Wilderness

    Of the three, I'd recommend Cape May Café because I love seeing Goofy in his beach attire.  The atmosphere seems a little more relaxed as well.  I really love Mickey's Backyard BBQ especially if you have little ones. Dancing with the characters is great fun. However, you never know what the weather will be like that time of year and its not offered every day of the week so you may have a harder time getting a reservation.

    Reservations can be made beginning 180 days prior to your trip at the links shown above or by calling 407-WDW-DINE. Because you'll be visiting during a very popular week, I'd recommend that you go ahead and try getting reservations as soon as possible.  If you can't get them right away, don't give up.  Keep trying as Guests' plans often change and something could open up.

    Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions.  We're hEAR to help!

    Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
