Aloha, Jeanette, and welcome to planDisney!
When I'm on vacation at the Most Magical Place on Earth, I love sprinkling my stay with some sunny, tropical vibes, too. Both locations that you've mentioned, Jeanette, are two of my favorites on property! Let's get you the information you need to figure out how to "island hop."
There are a few ways to get from
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, but my favorite way is via car because it's the quickest. Tell the security guard at the gate that you have a breakfast reservation at
'Ohana, and you can park at that hotel for free. If you don't have your own vehicle, consider using the
Minnie Van Service. You can set up a ride via the Lyft app. This stylish vehicle will take you right up to the door of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort's lobby.
Another way to get there is to take a complimentary bus to
Magic Kingdom Park and ride the Disney Resort Monorail to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. This is also a cool way to get a peak into the other Resort hotels like Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
AN EXTRA GEM: Did you know that you can get that same classic DOLE Whip at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort that you can get at Magic Kingdom Park? You can find it at
Pineapple Lanai just outside of the Great Ceremonial House. It's the perfect treat to eat while taking in the Aloha spirit and the beautiful Seven Seas Lagoon.
Also, don't skip out on trying
Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The food is amazing there, especially those buttery pull-apart rolls. Yum! I hope that you have the BEST time on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to
revisit us here at planDisney.
Magic always,
